What are the hours for goods pickup and delivery (loading/unloading)?

Goods pickup and delivery take place Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM and from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM. To avoid waiting, we recommend calling ahead before arrival (especially for pallets or urgent jobs) at +39 0422.822754.

What are the office hours?

The office is open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. During these hours, you may contact us for information, appointments, administrative requests, and general support.

Who should I contact for a quote or to start a project?

Write to info@lartegrafica.com indicating your objective, quantity and timeline: we will direct you to the right person.

What information is required for an accurate quote?

To prepare an accurate quote, please provide: closed/open format, quantity, number of pages + cover (if applicable), paper type, colors, any finishing (lamination, varnish, die-cutting, binding), destination, and estimated delivery date. If you have examples or visual references, please attach them.

Can I request paper samples or a proof before printing?

Yes. We can provide samples of papers and finishes and, when necessary, evaluate a proof or draft before proceeding to production. This is particularly useful for “critical” projects (branding, packaging, corporate colors). Please contact us indicating the product and urgency.

By when must I send the files to meet the delivery date?

The delivery date also depends on when we receive the “approved for print” (proof confirmation). If you have a deadline, let us know right away: we will confirm the timeline and any file submission deadline. In case files need adjustments, we will notify you before proceeding.

Do you also provide graphic design and layout services “like an agency”?

Yes: we have an in-house creative studio that can handle concepts, layout, and communication materials, in addition to production. The advantage is that the project is “designed for print” from the start: fewer steps, more control over the final result. Please write to us with a brief description and any reference material, if available.

How is delivery of printed materials handled?

We can arrange delivery via courier, with our own carrier, or through direct pickup at our facility. We organize shipments throughout Italy and, upon request, internationally. Each shipment is prepared with appropriate packaging to ensure the integrity of the material until it reaches its destination.

Do you handle urgent jobs or quick reprints?

Yes, we always evaluate urgent requests based on timelines and production availability. For reprints or priority jobs, we recommend contacting us directly: we will immediately verify feasibility and offer the best solution to meet your deadlines.
